The International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) has expanded its roster of verified products and services members with the addition of three companies offering respective expertise in aviation law, finance, and infrastructure. Jetrep, First American Equipment Finance, and High Flying Hangars were announced as new members on August 25.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jetrep PLLC, High Flying Hangars LLC, and First American Equipment Finance into the IADA organization,” said IADA chair Phil Winters, v-p of aircraft sales and charter management for Greenwich AeroGroup and Western Aircraft. “Each brings distinct expertise that enriches our community. Their alignment with IADA’s values of integrity, professionalism, and transaction excellence reinforces the collective value of our organization.”

Jetrep, based in Redmond, Washington, is a boutique aviation law firm that advises on aircraft acquisition, leasing, financing, tax structuring, and regulatory matters. The practice specializes in guiding clients through complex transactions.

High Flying Hangars, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the first commercial aviation real estate firm to gain IADA membership. The company develops airport hangars ranging in size from 35 to 170 units, with confirmed projects in Maryland, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.

Founded in 2020, HFH is working to meet what it describes as a nationwide shortage of high-quality hangar space. “Having a hangar is just as important as securing your financing, insurance, and maintenance program in an aircraft transaction,” noted IADA executive director Lou Seno.

“We’re honored to join the ranks of aviation professionals and leading companies within IADA,” said the company’s CEO, Kenny Hinkes.

First American Equipment Finance, an RBC/City National Bank company based in Victor, New York, provides financing solutions for a range of aircraft acquisitions. Its offerings extend from single-aircraft purchases to fractional ownership structures, with programs designed to provide operators flexibility in building or upgrading their fleets.
