Czech Firm Is Latest Link in Honeywell’s European Chain

Honeywell Aerospace’s latest acquisition in Europe has been Mora Aerospace Industries. The Brno, Czech Republic firm is a metal and titanium component fabrication specialist that used to be a Honeywell supplier.

“They have an incredibly productive and skilled workforce,” said Eric Hinson, Honeywell Aerospace’s vice president for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Commonwealth of Independent States. “It is now costing us about 30 to 40 percent less to get these components than when we were using outside suppliers,” he said.
