ILA Shortens 2006 Airshow

Next year’s ILA show in Berlin will be shortened by one day with three days reserved for trade visitors and three days for the general public. In addition to commercial aviation, including the Airbus A380, ILA will devote more space to military aviation and defense systems, equipment, aero engines, space flight, general aviation and helicopters.

An extensive range of some 60 aerospace conferences and workshops accompany the show. Themes include East/West security policy, military aviation and defense systems and the means to combat terrorism. Current developments in commercial aviation, unmanned air vehicles, military flight training, the future of space flight, new technological developments in propulsion systems and materials and business aviation will also be debated.�
