Acron To Supply Flight Recorders for D328eco

Acron Aviation signed a long-term agreement to supply flight recorders and standby equipment for the next-generation Deutsche Aircraft D328eco regional turboprop. The agreement comes as Deutsche Aircraft progresses toward a first flight of the D238eco 40-seat turboprop this year, with planned entry into service by the end of 2027. The aircraft incorporates advanced technologies to reduce emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and enhance economic performance.

Acron Aviation’s 25-hour recorder and standby equipment is designed to meet evolving regulatory and operational requirements with improved life cycle performance, the St. Petersburg, Florida, company said.

Acron Aviation is part of a portfolio of companies under Acron Technologies, which was formed through the sale of L3Harris Commercial Aviation Solutions to private equity group TJC in 2025. At the time, the company rebranded L3 to Acron Aviation. Acron Aviation was combined with other TJC properties. Now that overarching entity is rolling out its new corporate brand and, in tandem, launching an updated website and LinkedIn presence.
