Pratt & Whitney (P&W) has named MRO company Lufthansa Technik (LHT) as a principal provider of mobile engine maintenance service for its V2500, PW1100G-JM, PW1500G and PW1900G turbofans. P&W and LHT have also agreed to a deal in which LHT joins the strategic network as an MRO provider for P&W’s Geared turbofan PW1100G-JM and PW1300G. Besides the OEM, the network currently includes GTF collaborators MTU Aero Engines and Japanese Engines Corp.
