Bollore Logistics India signed a contract for aircraft engine transportation, including customs clearance documentation, with CFM Aircraft Engine Support South Asia at the Dubai Airshow on November 18.


Karthigeyan Ramaswamy, managing director, CFM Aircraft Engine Support South Asia, and Phillippe Lortal, CEO Middle East and South Asia, Bollore Logistics, signed the agreement.


“The contract is for importation into India, including, but not limited to, customs clearance at Delhi Airport,” Lortal said. “Further, the contract also includes services related to re-export from India, which [involves] outbound export custom process at Khurja to re-export back to the origin. Bollore Logistics is also nominated for international freight forwarding from various origins to Delhi.”


Bollore Logistics can deploy a network of specialists in more than 100 countries with 1,200 people, to ensure the management of sensitive cargo.
