Challenger 605, Learjet 60XR Avionics Approved

Bombardier Aerospace announced that on October 5 Transport Canada granted approval for the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite and aircraft window modifications on the Challenger 605, one month ahead of schedule. Approvals by the FAA and other regulatory agencies were expected this month, a company spokesman said. Bombardier also announced that the FAA has certified the Pro Line 21 cockpit in the Learjet 60XR, paving the way for the start of production.
