High Tech ‘Finishing’ in the Black

HighTech Finishing (Booth No. 1379) last year had its best 12 months since 2001. The Texas company, which supplies decorative plating for aircraft interior fittings, attributes this strong performance to demand for new aircraft as well as increased activity in refurbishment of older aircraft. Over the past year, HighTech has been selected for four new business jet programs–the Eclipse 500, Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 and Sino Swearingen SJ30-2. With 20 years in the business, HighTech claims to be the only ISO9001/AS9100-certified company dedicated to aviation decorative plating. It offers more than 130 standard finishes and “unlimited” custom-match capabilities.
