Western intros Gold Standard

Boise, Idaho-based Western Aircraft is offering FBO customers a new concierge-style service called Gold Standard. Arriving aircraft will be assisted by a Western Aircraft ramp coordinator, who will take care of all passenger, crew and aircraft needs. According to the company, services–including arranging for ground transportation and sprucing up the cabin–are provided free to customers.

“The purpose of the Gold Standard Service,” according to the company, “is to ensure that every aspect of a customer’s visit at Western Aircraft is handled with attention to detail, beyond that of a typical professional FBO.” An Avfuel dealer, Western Aircraft built a new facility last August that is three times larger than the original FBO. Five heated hangars are available for even the largest business jets.
