Little Response to FAA Request for Burdensome Regs

The FAA has received less than 10 submissions in the more than 60 days it has been requesting operators to submit opinons about regulations they find “burdensome, unnecessary or impose needless economic costs”. To date, none of the major trade groups have issued comments. But there is still time to submit comments–the deadline is May 25. At the end of the process, the agency said it will publish a summary of comments and indicate “how we will adjust our regulatory priorities.”
