Sherman, Conn.-based Dube Air (Booth No. 7162) is offering an optional EFB (electronic flight bag) training and support package to customers with EFBs supplied by Advanced Data Research. The platinum-level support package includes onsite setup, initial ADR pilot training and phone support 24 hours a day.
Dube Air director of sales and marketing George DeClue said the company is offering the package to help flight departments configure the EFBs so pilots can fully use their capabilities. “Today’s EFBs have very powerful microprocessors–with sophisticated application software–that crews must learn to use accurately and quickly within the high workload environment of a jet cockpit,” he said.
