Mayo Aviation (Booth No. 7054) announced that it has been selected by Blackhawk Modification as a dealership and installation facility in the south Denver metropolitan area. This allows Mayo to upgrade King Airs, Conquests and Cheyennes with new Pratt & Whitney engines to improve speed and performance.
In related news, Mayo Aviation reported the addition of a 17-passenger Challenger 600 to its fleet, bringing its total fleet size to 15. Mayo also announced the selection of CEO William Mayo to serve on the board of governors of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, a nonprofit organization that the National Air Transportation Association recently founded.
Mayo Aviation, which operates out of Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colo., has been in business since 1978. The company provides aircraft charter, management, maintenance and parts as well as emergency medical transport.
