Completion and Refurbishment: NuBax to Passengers: Take a Seat and Relax

NuBax, a seating technology specialist based in the UK, has signed a worldwide licensing agreement with U.S. interiors supplier Landmark Aviation to market its new AeroBax aircraft seat. According to NuBax, the foam-based technology improves the passenger’s natural position, “significantly enhancing comfort by maintaining the natural curvature of the spine.” The technology is immediately available in
all 9-g seat certified aircraft at Landmark’s Springfield, Ill., and Dallas interior shops. Landmark and NuBax plan to develop a system for 16-g airplanes early next year.
