Signature Clarifies Policy on Multiple Stops

A number of pilots on NBAA’s Air Mail Internet forum expressed confusion of late over Signature Flight Support’s policy on ramp fees for multiple stops on a given day. The company told AIN that its “Prime Rate” pricing program includes a “twice the minimum” policy, wherein an operator is exempt from Signature’s ramp fees systemwide on that day after purchasing twice the minimum fuel determined by the operator’s status under the Prime Rate program. But this policy may change because Signature plans to phase out the Prime Rate program (see 'Signature rethinks bottom line').
