Honeywell Receives TSO for KI 825 Nav Display

Honeywell has obtained TSO authorization for the new Bendix/King KI 825 EHSI (electronic horizontal situation indicator) for business aircraft. The three-inch display weighs three pounds and is fully sunlight-readable, said Honeywell. It combines traditional heading and navigation functionality with course line and waypoint data and is designed for interface with the Bendix/King KLN 89/B, KLN 90/A/B and KLN 94 GPS receivers; KX 165/A and KNR 634A navigation systems; and KG 102A gyro and KCS 55A/305 compass systems. List price is $11,990.
