The Venerable L-1011 Gets the Executive Treatment

The Lockheed L-1011 TriStar as an airliner has already flown into the sunset, but it is finding new life in an executive role. What’s more, King is already hard at work on a second L-1011, also requiring a complete gutting and re-configuration in executive livery. With negotiations under way for a 757 completion and with another client for a multiple-aircraft contract, it’s just as well King is adding a second paint shop and a new wood shop.
