B/E Aerospace Buys Bomhoff Cabinetry

Wellington, Fla.-based B/E Aerospace revealed last month that it acquired Tucson, Ariz. business aircraft cabinetry specialist Bomhoff in a cash acquisition. B/E Aerospace will add the Bomhoff assets to its already considerable business aircraft interior lighting and seating capabilities. The deal follows an aborted effort last year by The Nordam Group to reach an agreement with Bomhoff to form a new entity. A B/E spokesman said the acquisition of Bomhoff is expected to provide a boost to the company’s business jet products division.
