P&WC launches e-business supplier portal

Pratt & Whitney Canada last month launched an e-business supplier portal designed to share information in real time with the Longueuil, Quebec, company’s suppliers. The portal will allow registered suppliers to have a “seamless collaboration with Pratt & Whitney [and] is fully integrated with P&WC’s enterprise resource planning and documentation back-end systems for instantaneous information updates.” It also allows a real-time response to questions and transactions.
