Stewart International Airport (SWF) in Newburgh, N.Y., is about to get its second FBO after several years of being served by one operation. CAS Handling of White Plains, N.Y., is scheduled to start pumping fuel and offering the typical business aircraft transient and tenant services in the fall, according to Stewart Airport operator National Express Corp. Currently, CAS is renovating hangar and terminal buildings vacated by Worldwide Flight Service a couple of years ago. Business aircraft fueling and other line services at Stewart are currently available from Rifton Aviation Services, which became the sole FBO on the field early last year after AMR was absorbed by Worldwide Flight Service and closed its FBO to focus on airline refueling activities. Last year Rifton opened a hangar complex specifically designed to store four airliner-size business jets simultaneously.
