CRS enhances AOG support, boosts Beechjet backing

Customers will now be able to communicate instantly with Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based CRS Jet Spares through a dedicated AOG e-mail address. The new
e-mail address, [email protected], will allow customers to connect immediately with a CRS representative. It is designed to provide pricing, documentation sharing, airway bill information and all other written requirements. According to the company, a CRS representative is available via e-mail or telephone 24 hours a day.

AOG parts are shipped anywhere in the world from three major airports within 30 minutes for counter-to-counter dispatch. CRS Jet Spares is a business jet aftermarket support facility providing exchanges, sales, provisioning packages, repair and rental options for Challengers, Falcons, Gulfstreams, Hawkers and Learjets.

The company also announced a “total support program” for Beechjets offering a comprehensive inventory of components such as oxygen masks, static inverters, Securaplane mainship batteries, hydraulic pumps, generators, ignition exciters, flap asymmetry, Perkins cabin windows and power supplies. All Beechjet components come with a warranty that meets or exceeds that of the airframe OEM.
