Signature opens its St. Louis Lambert FBO

Signature Flight Support’s new St. Louis Lambert International Airport facility, the 42nd FBO in the company’s chain, is now open for business. The former Midcoast Aviation facility will sublease space to Midcoast, which will continue to provide aircraft maintenance at the location. The new Signature FBO includes more than 100,000 sq ft of floor space consisting of four hangars, an executive passenger terminal and associated office and shop space. Services at the FBO include fueling, arrangements for ground transportation and catering, aircraft de-icing, cabin cleaning and hangar and office space. The facility will also participate in Signature incentive programs such as Hyper Power and Net Power. Signature has installed Joe Gibney, a five-year Signature veteran previously at Signature Dallas, as general manager, but otherwise said it will retain employees who previously worked for Midcoast.
