BJC Oakland Celebrates Five Years

Business Jet Center at Oakland International Airport is celebrating its fifth anniversary of FBO operations this month. Over the past three years, the Bay Area FBO has recorded a 106-percent increase in combined jet-A and avgas pumped while traffic has increased by more than 200 percent. Since beginning operations in 2003, Business Jet Center (Booth No. 4521) has grown from operating in a rented modular building to occupying a $4.5 million renovation of the original 1920s Art-Deco style terminal. It has more than 100,000 sq ft of managed hangar, shop and terminal facilities.
