Comlux Expanding VIP Completions with IndyJet Buy

Comlux America, a newly created subsidiary of Comlux The Aviation Group, has purchased Indianapolis Jet Center, located at Indianapolis International Airport in Indiana. Plans call for renaming Indianapolis Jet Center Comlux Completion USA and focusing on VIP completion services. Indianapolis Jet Center is an authorized GE Engine and Piaggio service center and Rockwell Collins avionics dealer, with specialties that include CRJ200 executive conversions, as well as Learjet, Challenger, Boeing and Airbus maintenance, refurbs and completions. Comlux is also a partner in the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre in Toulouse, France, which offers Airbus ACJ completions. “It is an exciting time for Comlux,” said Comlux president and CEO Richard Gaona. “The acquisition of the Indianapolis Jet Center represents a significant step in the development of our North American operations, increasing our presence in the largest market in the world for business aviation, and cementing our position as a first-class provider of cabin completion services.”
