Comlux Acquires Indianapolis Jet Center

Aircraft charter and management provider Comlux The Aviation Group has expanded its reach to the North American completion and refurbishment market with the purchase last month of Indianapolis Jet Center.

According to chief marketing officer Severine Cosma, the move is part of a growth strategy put into place by Comlux president and CEO Richard Gaona shortly after he assumed control of Comlux last November.

The Indianapolis-based independent completion and refurbishment center will be renamed Comlux Completion USA. Comlux intends for it to become one of the leading providers of executive cabin completions, said Cosma.

Comlux America, formed for the purpose of the acquisition, is majority owned by Comlux, with former Indianapolis Jet Center founder and president Randy Keeker retaining “a minority participation and remaining on as president.”
