Hot section: Gulfstream launches parts warranty program

Gulfstream Aerospace has instituted a two-year parts warranty program. “In light of the economy and our ongoing commitment to create value for Gulfstream customers, we’re implementing a program that will allow our operators to reduce their costs,” said Mark Burns, president of product support at Gulfstream.

The program covers any Gulfstream part purchased by a Gulfstream operator through the company’s over-the-counter sales group. Additionally, any Gulfstream component purchased and installed at one of the Gulfstream or General Dynamics Aviation Services facilities will carry a two-year component warranty and a one-year labor warranty.
