Expanding its service capability, Corporate Jet Support (CJS) is offering on-call maintenance service to all operators either traveling to or based in the northeast. The company has facilities at White Plains, N.Y., and on Waterbury-Oxford Airport, Conn.
According to company president Chris Breitweiser, the service provides inspection and discrepancy assistance as well as basic departure/arrival coverage even in the operator’s absence. The company works on aircraft built by Gulfstream, Raytheon, Cessna, Bombardier, Dassault Falcon, Sikorsky, Agusta and Bell.
“Our maintenance department was formed in 1998 by Tag Aviation and we’ve built upon that excellent foundation,” Breitweiser told AIN. “As corporate flight departments downsize we are able to fill a void that now exists. As an added benefit we are able to use per diem technicians who are currently unemployed and in need of the work. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.” CJS recently expanded its parts inventory by teaming with PrivateSky Aviation Services of Fort Myers, Fla. Orders placed through CJS will be fulfilled by PrivateSky on demand.
