Happy Design Studio, an eight-year-old firm based in Strasbourg, France, has launched a new venture in aircraft exterior livery design.

Despite the reluctance of many private jet owners to draw attention to their aircraft, there remain those who want their aircraft to make a statement, either about themselves or their company. For these, Happy Design has a solution. The company
made its debut at the Dubai Airshow, displaying such designs as a proposed supersonic business jet in livery apparently inspired by a killer whale, and a Falcon 7X in a geometric livery with the appearance of snowflake.

Happy Design takes care of the creative side of the job and partner Aeroconseil of Toulouse, France, ensures that EASA regulations are taken into consideration and assists the customer with finding a paint shop for application of the new livery.

The cost of a Happy Design livery ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on the size of the aircraft and complexity
of the creation.
