Hot section: Southeast aerospace buys Global Aerospace Cunsulting

Global Aerospace Consulting, which provides design, integration, certification and aircraft technical publications, has been acquired by Southeast Aerospace (SEA). Global Aerospace president N.J. Curran has been appointed director of engineering and certification at SEA’s corporate headquarters in Melbourne, Fla. Curran has 24 years’ experience in the aerospace industry and 19 years as an FAA-designated engineering representative. He has also met the FAA’s requirements for an organization designation authorization (ODA) administrator. SEA is in the process of obtaining STC, PMA and major alteration ODA.
