Southwind Aviation Authorized for goodrich service

Goodrich Engine Control and Electrical Power Systems has named Southwind Aviation an authorized service center. The company provides aftermarket service and support of aerospace accessories and structural components. Southwind offers approved repair, overhaul, exchange and spares support for aircraft electrical power, lighting and engine-control systems accessories, including starter generators, GCUs, blowers and beacons.

Under the terms of the agreement, Southwind Aviation will provide authorized repair, overhaul, exchange and spares support for Goodrich products, including starter generators, generator control units and brushless generators on business and general aviation aircraft, regional airliners and helicopters. Goodrich systems are used on some models of Cessna, Embraer, Hawker Beechcraft, Bell and Sikorsky aircraft. Southwind also provides custom engineered repair solutions for aircraft structural components such as engine inlets, cowlings and landing-gear doors.
