A groundbreaking ceremony was held last month for a 46,000-sq-ft general aviation complex at Page Field in Fort Myers, Fla. The new facility on the airport’s west side is scheduled for completion in June next year and it will replace the existing GA terminal. The $16.2 million complex will include a two-story 22,613-sq-ft terminal building, a 24,000-sq-ft hangar and a new jet-A and avgas fuel farm. Page Field Aviation Center, the airport’s FBO, is operated by the Lee County Port Authority.
