GreenpointTechnologies of Kirkland, Wash., has acquired T.R. Reed Enterprises, a Texas precision machining facility specializing in corporate aircraft interiors.

According to Greenpoint executive v-p Sloan Benson, “The purchase of T.R. Reed Enterprises provides Greenpoint with additional capacity for our internal cabinet and aero-structures facility as well as our core VIP completion projects.”

T.R. Reed Enterprises was established in Denton, Texas, in 1997 and produces a broad range of aircraft cabin products, from seat frame assemblies and structural components to cabinetry hardware.
