Content Body

With assumption of the CEO position by Meredith Siegfried, the Siegfried family has again taken on a leadership role at long-time aviation components provider Nordam. “This [leadership change] is in accordance with Nordam’s long-term succession plan to return leadership of the company to a member of the Siegfried family,” said Bill Peacher, who stepped down as CEO following a board meeting on July 12.

Peacher remains on the board of directors and acts as a financial consultant. Ken Lackey and Hastings Siegfried remain vice chairman and COO of the transparency group, respectively.

Tulsa, Okla.-based Nordam, one of the largest independently owned aerospace firms in the world, was founded in 1969 by Ray Siegfried, a sports and adventure enthusiast, former director of the U.S. American Boxing Federation and past chairman of the Institute of Nautical Archeology. Siegfried died in 2005 and was survived by wife Milann and six children: Ray (Tray) H. III, Hastings, Meredith, Milannie, Terrell and Baily.
