Hawker Beechcraft Chester Site Wins Camo Approval

Hawker Beechcraft’s factory-owned service center in Chester, UK, has been authorized as an EASA Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (Camo). The new organizational structure allows the OEM to issue and extend an airworthiness review certificate that replaces the annual Certificate of Airworthiness requirement. While all EASA aircraft weighing more than 12,500 pounds are mandated to contract with an approved Camo, Hawker Beechcraft Services’ authorization will provide a source for Hawker and Beechcraft owners and operators to meet EASA airworthiness requirements directly from a factory-owned service center.
