Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Avfuel has added three FBOs to its branded dealer network. Platinum Flight Center at Outagamie Regional Airport in Appleton, Wis., acquired the existing FBO at the airport in 2010, and it plans to begin construction of a new facility this summer. Indianapolis’s Eagle Creek Aviation Services provides close proximity to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Stadium, host to the most recent Super Bowl. Overseas, Ocean Sky Private Jet Group has partnered with Avfuel to provide fueling and related services at its Jet Centre at London Luton Airport in time for the anticipated traffic upswing for this summer’s Olympic Games.
Phillips 66 added Golden Isles Aviation at Georgia’s McKinnon Airport to its distribution network of more than 850 locations nationwide. The sole fuel dealer at the Saint Simons Island airport, the FBO will participate in Phillips’s WingPoints purchase loyalty program.
