Tac Air Buys Utah FBOs

Texarkana, Texas-based Truman Arnold Companies has purchased controlling interest in Keystone Aviation of Utah. As a result of the deal, the company’s Tac Air chain gained the lone FBOs at Salt Lake City International (SLC) and Provo Municipal (PVU) Airports, bringing its total to 14 locations nationwide and giving Tac Air its first FBOs west of the Rockies. Keystone’s other service subsidiaries, such as aircraft charter and management, sales and maintenance, will now operate under the new Keystone Aviation brand led by industry veteran Bill Haberstock.
