Greenpoint Creates Interiors Presence in China

Greenpoint Technologies has signed a memorandum of understanding with Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering of Beijing (Ameco Beijing) for a cooperative venture in completion of commercial and executive aircraft cabins.

The agreement, still to be finalized, will support business jet completion and refurbishment “in greater China and the Asia-Pacific region.” It will include collaborative engineering, certification and installation of single- and twin-aisle executive aircraft modifications.

Greenpoint, based in Kirkland, Wash., specializes in Boeing executive aircraft interior completion and refurbishment. Its Odyssey Aerospace subsidiary in Denton, Texas, is a major supplier of highly customized cabinetry.
