West Star Aviation Offers Roll-around Challenger Landing Gear

West Star Aviation has acquired a roll-around Challenger 600/601/604/605 landing gear ship set that allows it to reposition aircraft with the gear removed. Dave Krogman, general manager for the Grand Junction, Colo. facility, told AIN, “We can now move the aircraft into the paint shop instead of having it sit on the floor waiting for its gear to be reinstalled. Roll-around gear means decreased downtime during gear swaps and multi-shop events.” West Star Aviation can also perform in-house landing-gear overhaul/repair on the Challenger 300/600/601/604.
