Barlow Named Constant Aviation Northeast Sales Manager

Constant Aviation of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport has named Rich Barlow as the MRO’s Northeast regional sales manager. Most of Barlow’s 30 years of aviation experience has been in MRO sales. Most recently he was the Northeast region sales manager for Hawker Beechcraft. Barlow will be responsible for selling maintenance, avionics, interior modifications/refurbishments, composite and accessory services for the Northeast Region. He will also work with the parts distribution division, Constant Aviation Rotable Exchange, to support customers’ parts needs.
