Immaculate Flight Acquires Pro Guard Aircraft Detailing

Aircraft cleaning provider Immaculate Flight acquired Pro Guard Aircraft Detailing, adding Southeast Florida to Immaculate Flight’s existing 11-state, 80-airport service area. The merger, said Pro Guard president Jerry Gemma, will “bring improved consistency and quality, thanks to Immaculate Flight’s vast resources that include dedicated safety and training programs, scheduling systems, as well as resources made available from the years of study and collaboration with operators around the country.” Immaculate Flight offers mobile, interior, exterior and custom cleaning services for commercial and general aviation operators.
