King Schools To Launch Online Helicopter CFI Renewal Course

King Schools will release the first-ever online Helicopter Flight Instructor Refresher Course (FIRC) by early summer, the company announced yesterday at the Sun ’n Fly-in in Lakeland Fla. According to company co-founders John and Martha King, the course will allow helicopter CFIs wanting to renew their certificate online to “no longer be forced to muddle through airplane-specific topics that often have little or no relevance toward flying helicopters.” The helicopter FIRC will be offered at the same price as King Schools’ regular online CFI refresher course–$99 without CFI renewal processing or $124.95 with processing.
