Cessna Expands Caravan Service Capability

Aircraft on ground (AOG) maintenance will be available for Cessna 208 Caravans at all Cessna Aircraft factory-owned Citation Service Centers. According to the company, employees at the Citation Service Centers have already received the necessary training, and the tooling is in place.

“Our team is ready and eager to extend our exceptional customer service abilities to the fleet of Cessna 208 Caravans in the United States,” said Anthony Balestracci, vice president of North American customer service. “The service centers will give comprehensive access to customers across the United States,” said Joe Hepburn, Cessna senior vice president of customer service.

Cessna’s mobile service units (MSUs) will also be allowed to perform AOG maintenance on the 208 Caravan. MSUs are deployed from Milwaukee, Orlando, Sacramento and Wichita. Additional information on support locations and service capabilities can be found at CessnaSupport.com.

Cessna has built more than 2,000 Caravans.
