Vertis Adding South African-based Global 6000 To Its Fleet

Swiss air charter broker Vertis Aviation is adding a South African-based Bombardier Global 6000 to its fleet on August 1. The ultra-long-range aircraft will be positioned in Johannesburg to satisfy the growing demand for business jet travel in and around the African continent. Vertis said the Global 6000 will be its first jet marketed from an African location and further underpins the company’s strategy of creating an international network. The aircraft will be operated by a local corporate flight department.
