Duncan Offers Falcon Forward Lav/Storage Swap Mod

Duncan Aviation is offering a custom cabinet to replace the forward lavatory in the Falcon 900 and 2000 to suit the way operators use the space. Some of those aircraft have two lavatories: one forward and one aft. Operators often do not use the forward lavatory for its intended purpose and transform the space into a makeshift storage compartment.

The Duncan option completely replaces the lavatory while retaining the plumbing in the event a subsequent owner prefers to restore the second forward lav. “We capped all the lines from the toilet and built a cabinet insert that molds around the old chute, just in case the next owner wants to reinstate the lavatory,” said Steve Rosenow, cabinet team leader. “The lavatory is nestled between the galley and the jump seat, and the space is anything but standard. We’ll try to accommodate almost all requests and provide the customer versatility in both design and engineering.”
