Boeing Launches New Maintenance Apps for iPad

Boeing’s new iPad application, Maintenance Turn Time, provides access to manuals, part numbers and other information to resolve maintenance issues plane-side and collaborate with anyone with Internet access. Included are Toolbox Mobile Library (mx document access), hyperlinks between multiple manuals, Toolbox Mobile Parts with part availability, and Maintenance Turn Time, which gives technicians a secure connection to collaborate with colleagues when troubleshooting a maintenance issue. The app also accommodates uploading a photo for others to see and annotate to share information. The app is available for the iPad, iPhone and a web browser.
