The program is being led by Mark Elwess, chief test pilot and manager of flight operations for SyberJet, and company executive Mark Fairchild. Both have more than 1,000 hours each in the aircraft.

The training covers initial type ratings, recurrency, insurance manuals, and Part 135 instruction.
