Crane SmartStem STC’d for Gulfstreams, Challengers

Crane Aerospace’s SmartStem wireless tire pressure measurement system recently received FAA STC approval for the Gulfstream G350, G450/GIV-SP and G500/G550/GV/GV-SP and the Bombardier Challenger 350 and 605. SmartStem allows operators and pilots to check tire pressure quickly, accurately and without gas loss. Each kit consists of tire pressure sensors and a handheld device that electronically reads and stores tire pressure and temperature. The sensors replace the existing wheel fill stems.
