2014 TBM Owners and Pilots Association Convention Breaks Attendance Record

The TBM Owners and Pilots Association (TBMOPA) convention, held earlier this month at New Orleans Lakefront Airport, broke an attendance record for the annual three-day event. A total of 107 TBM 700s, 850s and 900s–nearly a quarter of the North American TBM fleet–flew in for the conference, a 3-percent increase from last year. The gathering included educational sessions customized for TBM operators, featuring presentations by industry leaders and manufacturer Daher-Socata, as well as TBM system vendors such as Pratt & Whitney Canada.
