Santa Ana, Calif.-based aircraft sales, management and charter firm STAjets received an Argus Platinum rating, as well as IS-BAO Stage One registration from the International Business Aviation Council. “Based on rigorous, on-site safety audits, these achievements place STAjets in an elite cadre of charter operators as one of only some 125 Platinum-level operators in the world,” the company said.
The Platinum rating, the highest available from Argus, is awarded to charter operators that have been audited to demonstrate successful implementation of industry best safety practices and procedures.
Meanwhile, IS-BAO Stage One confirms that the company’s safety management system infrastructure is established, that safety management activities are targeted and all supporting standards have been established.
In addition to its headquarters at John Wayne Airport, STAjets maintains operations in Palm Springs and San Jose, Calif., and Miami.
