Acquisition of Rizon Jet To Fund Expansion

Rizon Jet is set to expand its operations following purchase by leasing and financing company Lionhouse in a deal expected to complete in July. Based at London-Biggin Hill, Rizon Jet has operated an FBO since 2011 and the acquisition will allow it to expand its ramp and hangar space at the airport.

At the same time, Rizon’s nascent MRO organization will benefit from the buyout, a process that is already under way through another initiative. This involves a collaborative venture with immediate effect that has been established with GroupJet, which operates the JETS MRO businesses at Biggin Hill and Bournemouth. The JETS facilities offer a number of capabilities, including a Dassault Falcon-authorized repair capability and Part M CAMO accreditation. Expansion of MRO capability is a cornerstone of Rizon Jets’ strategic growth plans.
