Flying Group To Acquire Jet Management Europe

Business aviation services firm Flying Group (Booth Y067) is acquiring Dutch charter and management group Jet Management Europe (JME), the companies announced yesterday at the EBACE show. JME holds a Dutch air operator certificate and has provided aircraft management solutions since it was founded 15 years ago by Gert van der Beek and Geert Hulshof, who will join Flying Group’s management team and ensure the company’s presence in the Netherlands.

Under the takeover deal, Flying Group will also manage a new Dassault Falcon 7X. With this addition, Flying Group will manage six of the large-cabin trijets.
